Q: You list Rise Of The Enforcer as coming out in the winter but I don't recall you ever mentioning it. Is it still coming out?

A: As of right now I do not believe that it will. It was supposed to be a follow-up story to Misconduct but at this point it probably won't happen. With working on Bounty Hunter, Deadlock, a detective story, and promoting Escape it's really been pushed to the back burner. I'm not saying it won't happen but I just wouldn't count on it.

Q: I know you've mentioned Bounty Hunter will be the next book out after Escape. What about after that?

A: It will most likely be Deadlock. Although there will most likely be another short story or two sprinkled in.

Q: What's going on with Misconduct? Wasn't it supposed to be released during the summer?

A: Yes! There really isn't any specific reason it's been pushed back other than I was concentrating on Escape and Bounty Hunter. I will guarantee, however, that it will be out sometime in December (actual publishing date depends on Amazon).

Q: Will Day of the Assassin be the last Matt Beck story/book?

A: I don't really know. I didn't even envision the short story till I found out about the Amazon Shorts program. I was pretty positive that the book would be it, but now I can see there might be another short story or two in the future.

Q: Do you plan on writing a lot of short stories?

A: I wouldn't say a lot. I think I'm more drawn to shorts that I wouldn't want to flesh out into a full book. I'd say I'll probably put out a few shorts a year.

Q: I read the 1st chapter of Escape on Authorsden and thought it was awesome, when's it coming out?

A: Escape should be out towards the end of the year. The book itself is finished. I'm just rewriting and editing. If I had to guess I'd say October/November.

Q: I was on your Authorsden site and read the first chapter of Bounty Hunter. Will it be released soon?

A: If you mean soon as in this year it's not likely. Escape will be my next book out. I'm only about half way through writing Bounty Hunter, so it should be out next year.

Q: Where will the book be available?

A: Amazon. com, Barnes & Noble.com along with a hundred other internet sites. I'm working to try to get it into some other avenues, so any help is appreciated!

Q: How well do you think the book will do?

A: I don't really know. I'm hopeful, but also realistic. It's a Western which usually aren't bestsellers, but I'm hoping the story is good enough to draw people in from other genres.

Q: Are you only writing Westerns?

A: No. I have a couple Mystery/Thrillers being released within the next year. I like doing Westerns, but I don't want to write in only one genre.
